  • Horrible Customer Service!



    I ordered an EMTEK front door entry system. The system I received was not what was depicted in the picture or my order. I called and customer service told me the pictures don't match the products- they are stock pictures and what I ordered was not the same as the picture connected to the item.I had to reorder the corrected version and spend $30 to ship the first one back with a 25% restocking fee as well. I have never ordered a product where you assume the picture of the product is not what you are ordering. Horrible More...

    Ordered an item, not cheap mind you, on 617. Website said it was a pre-order and item would ship 7/20. 7/20 came and went and I contacted Décor Glamour. Customer service was very snotty and told me item would ship 8/1. 8/1 came and went.     This company is absolutely horrible !!!!! Once you place your order, you can just kiss your money goodbye as there is no further communication from them. Oh yeah, and when your order shows up a full two weeks later, when their website just says "processing", you better hope it is correct because if not, that is when the nightmare begins.     Worst customer service ever. Do NOT waste your time with this awful company. Their website does not state what the flow rate is on their tub filler faucets. The one I ordered was too slow. I wanted to exchange it for a higher flow rate and they said they didn't know what the flow rates are on the other faucets? Are you kidding me? How do you not know?     I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. I have the same problem as others, the product was supposedly shipped, then I was told UPS returned to Decor Glamour because it was broken. I have tried to get the sink reshipped and can not tell you how many phone calls and emails I have sent trying to get the sink shipped.     The product was not shipped. Several different "stories" of its shipment status were given. I finally cancelled order. Several different "promises" of when a refund would be credited were given. I finally threatened a dispute resolution with Paypal and a refund suddenly "appeared". At all times, the representatives gave false and misleading information and were extremely rude.     I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Delivery was late and wrong, and Joe, the manager, was the rudest customer representative I ever dealt with. The shipping charge was $15 for 14 cabinet knobs, so I was amazed when it took 3 WEEKS (or 13 business days) for delivery.     I ordered items (Order # 020367) for a home remodel -- Decor Glamour listed several of the items as "out of stock." I waited three months for the items to be sent and finally cancelled the order. A day after I cancelled the order Decor Glamour, found the items and shipped the items claiming that these items had been in transit before I cancelled.     This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company over the internet. I ordered 4 items 8/14/11. Two arrived quickly, although one was damaged and had to be returned. The other two were "backordered". One finally arrived, the other, despite numerous phone calls and emails, had still not arrived after 4 months.     I bought a cabinet from Decor Glamour for in my newly remodeled bathroom. The cabinet arrived and was damaged, so I took a picture and sent it to the company. Our bathroom was brand new and I didn't want to hang a damaged cabinet in it. I contacted Decor Glamour to try and get the issue resolved but it took too long, and I had no confidence that the issue would be satisfactorily resolved so we used the damaged cabinet.     Very difficult to return unneeded or unwanted items. You must get a return authorization number, but to get that number I have called three times and emailed once. I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour total. I have waited for three weeks for the email. Anna is unprofessional, unfriendly, and seems to use "please hold" as a way to make you just go away. There is a 25% restocking fee, and it looks like I just get a credit balance with the business rather than a refund.     This outfit does not return phone messages or emails. does not deliver on time. Did not advise when goods were going to be delivered, I was the one who had to call to find out delivery was next day.     I ordered an expensive faucet from this Co. 10 days ago. The order was delayed because the shipping address differed from the billing address.     I ordered faucet parts from decorglamour.com and have enjoyed some of the worst service that I've ever experienced in online shopping. They waited more than 10 business days to ship the parts without any notification as to a cause for delay. I had to telephone them and endure a lengthy holding period before I finally got a live rep who took another 10 minutes just to give me a UPS tracking number for the shipment.     I ordered a faucet with decorglamour. It didn't arrive so I inquired, they said it was back ordered. The asked me to email them to "remind" them of my order. I emailed them several times and 5 months later the faucet arrives. Seven months later a second faucet arrives. They refuse to take it back claiming the faucet was out of stock.     Terrible customer service and our order has been back ordered for over two months and we have had to request ship dates which none have happened. No proactive customer service and expect to wait a very long time for your product. When we requested a refund and to return partial product, we were told there would be a 25% return fee and we would have to pay shipping. I would strongly recommend AGAINST order from DecorGlamour.     I ordered a complete shower set on 07-14-09, recieved my order but, the trim piece came with a missing part and missing screws. I am having a real hard and frustrating time with the customer service @ glamordecor, they treated me by being impatient, keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes at a time and telling me they were going to send this part two weeks ago when I called.
